I’ve visited this property multiple times, and while the beautifully maintained grounds and access to activities remain stellar, this last trip was disheartening. The unit we stayed in fell short of expectations due to an obstructed view and missing amenities that were advertised. Over the years, I've had mainly positive experiences, but I feel let down by the inadequate response from management regarding our issues.

I had a mixed experience at Maui Sunsets. While the grounds are beautiful and well-kept, my specific unit left much to be desired. The view was obstructed, and some amenities were lacking. Customer service was also disappointing, especially when I tried to address my concerns. If you want a great view, you might want to splurge for an oceanfront unit instead of relying on the 'superior ocean view' option.
